  MphasiS Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description



We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Semi-Technical Analyst with strong communication skills and experience in handling international clients. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to banking projects, with a good understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes. This role involves working on a research-driven project that demands analytical thinking, gathering data from multiple sources, and effective collaboration with global client partners.

Required Skills & Experience-

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Prior experience working with international clients is essential.
Proven experience in banking projects, especially related to KYC and AML domains.
Strong research and analytical skills ability to extract and interpret data from multiple sources.
Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Good to Have (Preferred)-

Basic understanding of technical concepts or data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, data visualization tools).
Familiarity with compliance platforms or banking systems.
Experience working in a research or consulting environment.
Knowledge of global regulatory requirements and financial compliance trends.
WORK FROM OFFICE 24/7 rotational shifts and rotational offs.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with international stakeholders and client partners across multiple time zones.
Work closely with internal and external teams to gather and analyze information from diverse data sources.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis related to banking and compliance topics (e.g., KYC, AML).
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to support project requirements.
Prepare and present findings, insights, and updates to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.
