  [24]7.ai India - International BPO is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description



We are currently hiring for Voice & Technical Support roles at our Bangalore office, specifically focused on Printer and Point-of-Sale (POS) Software Support for a leading U.S.-based client.

Candidate should have a Bachelor s degree (BCA, BSc, or equivalent) with 2 to 5 years of experience in customer support/ call center or technical troubleshooting roles. Must have prior experience supporting U.S. clients. Strong communication skills (verbal & written); ability to understand U.S. accents. Experience with printer troubleshooting (thermal printers, receipt printers, etc.) preferred.

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of desktop, tablet, and peripheral device troubleshooting
Proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.

Key Responsibilities-

Handle inbound/ outbound calls, emails, and chats for printer and POS-related issues
Troubleshoot software issues and hardware integration with store devices (printers, tablets, scanners)
Guide store staff with detailed step-by-step resolutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/ 3 technical teams.
Accurately document issues and resolutions using CRM tools.
Adhere to defined SLAs and performance metrics (AHT, CSAT).
Stay informed on latest POS system updates and printer technologies.
