Job Description

Candidate should have BE/ B.Tech or ME/ M-Tech degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Electronics with 0 to 4 years of relevant expertise. Excellent problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills. Experience in IT Technical support.

Must Have Skills-
IT support skills, Analytical skill ,Solving technical issues, self starter.

Good to Have Skills-
Programming and Coding skills.

Able to analyze the requirements at high level and come up with solution approach and test plan
Positive, self -motivated and flexible to new technologies and fast paced work environments
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills for written and verbal communications.
