Job Description



We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our Technical Support Process. The role requires handling inbound customer calls and assisting with technical queries and troubleshooting. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced graduates who wish to build their careers in customer support with a premium technical process.

Process: Technical Voice Process
Shift Timing: Day Shift (fixed)

Salary & Benefits

In-hand Salary: 20,000 per month
CTC: 25,000 (includes PF & ESI benefits)
Additional benefits as per company policy

Eligibility Criteria-

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Tech Graduates are eligible.
Non-Tech Graduates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are mandatory.

Job Responsibilities-

Handle customer queries over phone calls related to technical issues.
Provide clear and accurate information or troubleshooting steps to customers.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure excellent customer experience.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
Keep records of customer interactions and update the system accurately.
