  Accenture | US Multinational Company is looking for QA Testing Engineer/ Lead



Job Description

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the intricacies of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying established quality processes and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and excellence in testing practices.

Candidate should have a bachelor`s/ Master`s degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Engineering or Equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing

Good To Have Skills-

Experience with Selenium
Strong understanding of various testing methodologies and principles.
Experience in defect management and resolution processes.
Ability to analyze and interpret testing metrics to drive improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities-

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/ contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Facilitate the development and implementation of end-to-end testing strategies that align with business objectives.
Monitor and assess the testing process, ensuring adherence to defined metrics and quality standards.
