Job Description

We are seeking professionals with domain expertise in Trade Finance, Loans, Finacle to join our team. Selected candidates will undergo structured training and transition into the role of a Software Tester, contributing to high-impact banking projects.

Candidate must have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience or strong understanding of one or more of the following domains:

Trade Finance
Loans & Lending Operations
Finacle (Core Banking System)

Strong analytical and communication skills
Willingness to learn software testing and transition into a QA role.
Prior experience in banking operations would be plus

Key Responsibilities-

Leverage domain knowledge to understand business requirements and workflows
Participate in training programs focused on software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance in software deliverables
Execute test cases, report bugs, and support UAT and production testing phases
Provide insights and feedback from a domain perspective to enhance product quality
