  G7 Teleservices Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description



Candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the technology industry. Must have strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.

Should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers in a clear and concise manner.
Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software.

Job Responsibility-

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
Troubleshoot and investigate customer problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and solutions provided.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and quality assurance, to resolve complex technical issues.
Educate customers on the proper use and functionality of our products or services.
Keep up-to-date with the latest product updates, technical specifications, and troubleshooting techniques.
Provide feedback to the product development team on recurring technical issues and customer feedback.
