  Athena India Hitech Components Pvt. Limited is looking for HR & Admin Assistant



Job Description

An HR & Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department and the organization as a whole. They handle a variety of tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Conduct onboarding orientation for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Maintain employee records and files.
Assist with employee inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.

General Administration:

Manage office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
Assist with event planning and logistics.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization.

HR Operations:

Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping.
Prepare employee reports and analyses.
Coordinate performance reviews and employee evaluations.

Education B. Com/ Any Degree/ MBA
Able to Speak English, Hindi, & Kannada
Background only from Any industries
Preferably working in Manufacturing Companys
Female Candidate only
