  SunSource Energy Private Limited is looking for Assistant Manager - HR & Admin



Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with expertise in HR compliance, policy creation, process implementation, and strong people engagement skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling HR functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and developing HR policies. Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and communicating key HR initiatives is essential for this role.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on compliance, policy creation, and people connect and HO & Site Administration.
Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in creating HR processes and policies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint.

Key Responsibility Areas:

HR Compliance & Regulations:
Ensure the organization adheres to state and central compliances.
Regularly review and update HR compliance procedures and maintain necessary documentation.
Policy Development & Process Creation:

Draft, implement, and update HR policies in alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency.
Work closely with different departments to ensure policy adherence and timely updates based on business needs.
